POSITION SUMMARY

The Landscape Services Administrator is responsible for handling all administrative duties for the Landscape Design Build and Maintenance Departments.  The individual will ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the departments and exemplify high quality service and unparalleled customer service. The position is essential to the agency’s professional and productive operations. The position will require an organized, detail-oriented person with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with composure and confidence.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

  • Assist Designers and Project Managers in administrative functions and act as administrative liaison between customer and the Company

  • Field customer calls to gather requirements and preferences for projects and forward to appropriate party.  Utilize process to prequalify customers by department

  • Provide and maintain excellent customer service

  • Contribute to and/or complete special projects as assigned

  • Maintain complete customer and other departmental files in proprietary software

  • Manage customer contracts, service changes and invoices for all in season services and snow removal

  • Manage customer estimate requests

  • Drive the timely collection and accurate completion of all departmental documents required of staff within the department

  • Receive and respond to customer complaints exercising discretion and judgment to resolve customer or departmental issues, and/or work with management to achieve resolution

  • Work with operations and field personnel to create a seamless flow of information to and from the Office

  • Proficient in or able to learn proprietary scheduling and estimating software

  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS

  • College or two-year Technical College degree preferred

  • 3-5 years of Administrative experience preferred

  • Knowledge of computers required, QuickBooks experience preferred

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and must be insurable on company’s insurance policy

  • Pass a pre-employment and ongoing random drug test
