Rhododendrons produce stunning displays of bright lilac, pink, white, or yellow flowers in early spring that blanket the entire plant. Leaves are a deep, glossy green with new foliage emerging bright green, giving interesting coloration after flower drop. Most varieties are evergreen and provide winter interest.

Performs best in rich, slightly acidic, well-drained soils but adaptable to other conditions. Avoid drought. Cut back spent blossoms after blooming. Performs best in part shade or with morning sun, protect from harsh afternoon sun.
